1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 7 days will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for pickup or drop-off, depending on your location.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In case of prepaid orders, full amount will be refunded.

In case of COD orders, we will initiate a bank transfer (you will be asked for bank details).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your payment provider (some processing times vary).

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
